The store operates at a fast pace to eliminate customer downtime, often providing on-site assistance within 24 hours of a breakdown. In 2023, Minot launched the exciting Find Your Fit Program – a program designed to welcome new talent into the organization, individuals whose cultural alignment with the Gooseneck values was evident, yet uncertain on their career path. The inaugural program in 2023 exceeded all expectations!
