Behind every thriving business lies a foundation built on teamwork, innovation, and collaboration. At Gooseneck Implement, the Business Center (BC) brings these values, working behind the scenes to empower our 13 locations across the Gooseneck footprint. Since opening in 2012, the BC has been a cornerstone of connection and strategy that help our teams deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The BC serves as the central hub for innovation and efficiency, bringing together expertise from aftermarket, accounting, marketing, HR, IT, and data analytics. By creating streamlined systems and anticipating challenges, the BC enables our stores to focus on what matters most: supporting farmers and producers in their success.
More than managing operations, the BC team is a partner in growth. From optimizing processes to creating tools that enhance the customer journey, the BC helps to keep our dealership forward-thinking and resilient.
Collaboration is the heart of the BC’s efforts. Weekly team check-ins, virtual connections, and leadership meetings ensure alignment and focus across departments. Monthly leadership gatherings foster innovation, strengthen relationships, and encourage open communication throughout the company. The BC is also behind initiatives like the Leadership Development Program, which reflects Gooseneck’s dedication to investing in their people. This program helps team members grow both professionally and personally, building a culture of opportunity and growth.
The BC team’s expertise and experience are key to Gooseneck Implement’s success. With over 40 employees based out of the office —many with a decade or more of service—they’ve helped shape Gooseneck’s approach to business and community. Longtime team members like Tom Hanson, Jennifer Hanson, and Jeff Bezanson have been integral since the early days, while Teresa King and Melissa Rauser each bring over 17 years of expertise to the table. Additionally, Melanie Miller and Lori Neubauer transitioned from store roles, now applying their hands-on knowledge to enhance operations. This wealth of experience fuels creativity and adaptability, ensuring Gooseneck can rise to any challenge.
The BC’s impact extends beyond the walls of the dealership. Community involvement is a central part of the team’s work, from volunteering with nonprofits like Junior Achievement and Companions for Children to organizing corporate sponsorships for local initiatives. Recent contributions include supporting the new Rugby hospital, Trinity Hospital, Farm Rescue, and the North Dakota State Fair, demonstrating Gooseneck’s commitment to the communities we call home.
The work of the BC may happen behind the scenes, but its influence is visible everywhere. From IT solutions that power daily operations to marketing tools that help sales teams connect with customers, the BC team is focused on keeping things moving forward. And then there’s Diana, who brings the Gooseneck spirit to life as the first face you see when you enter the BC. Her warm welcome and positive energy reflect the values that make Gooseneck Implement special.
The team is committed to building on Gooseneck’s legacy while planning for the road ahead. As part of the Gooseneck family, the BC fosters a culture of unity and shared purpose, empowering teams, creating solutions, and driving collaboration. This ensures every field, customer interaction, and sale reflects Gooseneck’s core values of Genuine Passion and Genuine Gratitude. The Business Center isn’t just an office space for employees—it’s a partner in innovation, a bridge to our communities, and the backbone of Gooseneck Implement’s success, anchored by the strength and support of the Gooseneck family.
