Please complete the form below to submit a name for a new hire referral prior to hire.

Guidelines:

Referral bonus applies to full-time hires
Referrals must be submitted to Human Resources prior to candidate being hired
The following individuals are not eligible for referral bonuses: General Managers, executive management, Human Resources personnel, immediate family members, and manager with hiring or supervisory authority over the referred candidates.
If an employee resigns from their position, they are not eligible to receive further referral bonuses
Referring employee must be employed by Gooseneck at the time the referral bonus is scheduled to be paid
