April 23, 2020 Update
We are continuing to do our best to serve you, our valued customers, while at the same time ensuring the safety our employees and their families.
We have increased our hours of operation to serve you when you need us during the planting season. We are available by phone daily from 7 am – 8 pm. Our Customer Access hours, which are the hours that customers are able to enter the store, are Monday – Saturday 8 am – 5 pm.
If you order parts or need support outside of the window, we are available via phone. You can also order parts online using our Gooseneck Gateway. To access this go to www.gooseneckgateway.com.
We are doing all that we can to promote social distancing at Gooseneck. We ask that our employees remain 6 feet away from others, reduce person to person contact, and we are promoting the usage of hand sanitizer and other sanitizing methods.
If you request service remotely during this time, we’ve trained our employees to disinfect any surfaces they come into contact with during, a service call.
Since we weren’t able to hold spring clinics this year, we have put together “Virtual Clinics” to help you stay up to date on what you need to know for this planting season. You can view these on our website at: www.gooseneck.com/clinics

March 25, 2020 Update
We are doing our best to serve you, our valued Gooseneck customers while at the same time ensuring the safety of our employees, their families and our customers.
At this time, our facilities will be open to customers from 8 am – 5 pm M-F. In addition, we are available by phone from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm M-F and on Saturdays from 8 am – 12 pm. These hours are temporary and we will move to in-season hours as the need arises.
If you prefer to not come in the store, you can order parts online, 24/7 using our Gooseneck Gateway. You can access this by going here: Gooseneck Gateway. You can also order parts by calling the store directly. If you’re concerned about coming in the store, we will set your parts outside the main door for you.
We are implementing procedures at each location to help with the social distancing criteria so we can continue to serve our customers. These procedures including staying 6 ft apart, wearing gloves and avoiding direct contact with others.
We are taking these steps to protect our employees and our customers. We have a mutual interest in ensuring our staff and our customers stay healthy so that we can all be ready for planting season.
March 22, 2020 Update
Gooseneck Stores will remain open, but with limited access to the store. We are encouraging our customers to call to place their parts and service requests. You can also order parts and request service online using our Gooseneck Gateway. See it here: www.gooseneckgateway.com. Your parts will be placed outside the main entrance to the store.
During this time we're encourage our Gooseneck employees to follow Governor Burgum's advise to be "North Dakota Smart" and asking them to be "Gooseneck Smart".

First of all, we appreciate the support you have given to Gooseneck Implement. Our sincere hope is that you and those closest to you are safe and well. Gooseneck has been committed to our employees and customers since 1974. With the increased awareness of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are implementing measures to ensure we can continue supporting you.
Gooseneck stores will remain open and we are ready to serve our customers. We want to stress that Gooseneck is taking extra precautions to ensure a consistent standard of cleanliness. Our stores are cleaned and disinfected as part of our daily operations.

. You may also contact one of our locations to place an order over the phone and have the parts set outside in one of our drop boxes.
Gooseneck has decided to postpone all customer events and meetings until April 15th
. This would include customer clinics, training, and tradeshows in the area, etc. We will work on offering virtual or online clinics to provide the latest info to our customers.
