Referral Program Guidelines:
  • Referral bonus applies to full-time hires.
  • Referrals must be submitted to Human Resources prior to a candidate being hired.
  • Human Resources is not eligible for referral bonuses. Also not eligible are managers to whom the new hire will report.
  • If an employee resigns from their position, they are not eligible to receive further referral bonuses.
  • Referring employee must be employed by Gooseneck at the time the referral bonus is scheduled to be paid.
